The major differences between a PSA and a Commercials is the commercials that the PSA is for the public and the commercials is for anything. The 3 that could be memorials of a commercials and a PSA is that it have to be unique, interesting topics,easy to understand 2 things that are important when trying to make a commercial or a PSA interesting when it is play on a radio is that it have to have sound effect, and trying to show what it is talking about .
